This is a continuation of Membership Registration Step 2 (input user information) .
Here, apply for a debit card.
If you have not verified your email address, please follow the procedure for Membership Registration Step 1 (Email Authentication).
If you have not registered as a user, please follow the procedure of Membership Registration Step 2 (input user information).
1. Go to the T2PAY debit card application page
If you want to proceed to Membership Registration Step 2 (input user information), please click the "Debit card application" button on the data update completion screen.
If you leave this page after completing the user registration and data update, please enter the login page from the "Login" in the upper right corner of the T2PAY official homepage.
After logging in, the data update completion screen will be displayed, please click the "Debit card application" button.
2. When submitting a "passport" as an ID document
For "ID card (driver's license, etc.)", please refer to "3. When submitting ID card/driver's license, etc. as an ID document".
Select the ID type "Passport".
Be sure to select the same ID as the "ID (driver's license, passport, My Number Card): Number" entered in "Membership Registration Step 2 (Input user information)".
Upload your passport image.
Click the "File selection" button to upload the corresponding image.
Please select a photo or image on your passport personal information page.
Upload an image of your selfie with your passport information page.
Click the "File selection" button to upload the corresponding image.
Please select the selfie with passport image.
3. Submission of ID card If it is "ID card (driver's license, etc.)"
If you submitted ID in "2. Submit ID for your Passport", you do not need to complete this section. Continue to "4. Agree to Terms of Use/Privacy Policy".
Select the ID type "ID card (driver's license, etc.)".
Be sure to select the same ID as the "ID (driver's license, passport, My Number Card): Number" entered in "Membership Registration Step 2 (Input user information)".
Upload an image of the front side of your ID card.
Click the "File selection" button to upload the corresponding image data.
Please select a photo or image on the front side of your ID card.
Upload a image of the back side of your ID card.
Click the "Select File" button to upload the corresponding image.
Please select a photo or picture on the back of your ID card.
Upload an image of your selfie with your ID.
Click the "File selection" button to upload the corresponding image.
Please select the selfie with your ID image.
4. Terms of service and Privacy Policy Agreement
Open the Terms of service (link) and Privacy Policy (link) and review the content carefully. Please check the box if you agree.
5. Debit card application
Click the "Apply" button to apply for a debit card.
Click the "Apply" button to confirm the uploaded file and consent the details. If you move to another page before clicking the "Apply" button, repeat the steps from "2. When submitting a "passport" as an ID document" to "4. Agree to Terms of service and Privacy Policy" and then "Apply". Click the button.
Proceed to Membership Registration Step 4 (Payment of card issuance fee).
