How to change (reset) the password of T2PAY
This page explains how to change (reset) the T2PAY password.
1. Go to the Profile page
After logging in, click "Account" → "Profile" on the left menu.
2. Request for "password change"
Click "Change" to the right of "Password" in "Account Information".
Check the password change acceptance window. Information will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
3. Confirmation of "password change" application email
Check the content of the email (subject: [T2Pay] Reset Your Password).
After confirmation, click the link under "Click the link below to change your password" .
If you cannot see the password change window after clicking the link, copy the address and paste it into the address bar of your browser to display the password change window.
4. Enter the "Change Password" content
Enter the required information in the input fields on the "Change Password (Reset)" page.
- Email address
- Password (confirmation)
For "Email address", enter the registered email address.
Enter the new password in "Password".
Please enter the "password" with 6 to 15 alphanumerical characters.
Enter the same contents for "Password" and "Password (confirmation)".
The new password will not be sent to you, please keep it to yourself.
5. The setting of "Password change (reset)"
After inputting, click the "Set" button to confirm contents.
After that, the password change (reset) completion window is displayed.
Click the "Return to login page" button below to login with the new password.
This completes the password change (reset) of T2PAY.
