After logging in, click "Help" on the left menu.

2. Contact us

Please use it when you need to contact support.
Before contacting us, please also refer to the page in "4. Frequently Asked Questions" below.

Click "Help/Contact Us" on the left menu.

Please enter your inquiry in the input field and click the "Send" button.

Notes

We accept enquiries anytime. We will reply on business days: weekdays from 11:00 to 17:00 (Laos time).

The transmission completion screen will be displayed.
